Building momentum at De Burgh

Since our last project update, the construction program for De Burgh has continued to progress well.

The structure for Building A has now reached level 7, while Building B has been completed up to level 3. The team has also installed windows up to level 1, and formwork in the basement has been fully removed. Over the coming months, there will be further visible changes as work continues.

The next targets include completing the structure for both buildings, starting tiling in the bathrooms, and commencing kitchen installations. We will also continue window installation, framing, and internal walls up to level 5.

At this stage, there has been no change to the estimated completion date, which we still anticipate to be in the second half of 2025.
