Major Milestone Achieved: De Burgh Structures Topped Out

We’re pleased to report that construction for De Burgh at Northbourne Village has progressed smoothly throughout the final quarter of 2024. In the lead-up to Christmas, the team achieved a significant milestone with the completion of the structures for both buildings.

Substantial progress has also been made across other key areas of the project, including the installation of windows up to Level 5, the fit-out of kitchens up to Level 2, and the advancement of the basement fit-out, now 80% complete.

As we move into the coming months, work will shift to dismantling scaffolding on both buildings, removing one of the tower cranes, completing a major portion of the kitchen installations, finalising window installations, and commencing landscaping works to shape the outdoor spaces.

Construction remains on track for completion in the second half of 2025.
