The Sullivan: Project News November 2022

Major excavation works have been completed at The Sullivan and from this point on the building will start taking shape as it comes out of the ground.

During the last couple of months, we have made good progress across the site despite encountering numerous rain days.

The major excavation work has been completed and we have so far poured 3,080 cubic meters of concrete and placed 390 tonnes of steel reinforcement in the basement and ground floor podiums.

In Zone B, we have poured concrete for the basement deck and ramp and installed all the in-ground services. The ground floor slab has been poured and finished. Pre-cast columns have also been installed in the basement. In Zone A, the basement entry ramp and ground floor slab are being formed.

Over coming weeks, we will continue pouring ground floor slabs. When the slabs have cured and form work can be stripped away, we’ll be erecting scaffolding to allow structural works to proceed using pre-cast panels.

We will continue to keep you informed with the latest news throughout the construction of The Sullivan.
