Greener at the top.
On Thursday 5 April, a major construction milestone was achieved at The Sullivan, with the building topping out and marking the completion of the building structure.
To reach this point, the team has poured more than 6,116 cubic metres of concrete and used 620 tonnes of reinforcing steel since construction began in early 2022.
Additionally, the installation of tiles and joinery has commenced on ground floor and level 1 apartments with windows installed up to level 3.

What’s next?
Over the coming months scaffolding will be removed and the building façade revealed. Landscaping will start shortly after and start to shape the integration between both buildings and the surrounding Northbourne Village landscape.
The team will continue with installation of tiles and joinery for all remaining upper floor apartments. Following this, trades will fit off bathrooms, kitchens, flooring and lighting throughout the apartments.
Services in the basement have been completed and over the next 2 months line marking, storage cages and chainmesh fencing will be installed.
The gym is currently being sheeted and fit out will be completed shortly thereafter with equipment, a bathroom and an AstroTurf stretching area.
At this stage, construction is still on track to be completed in Q3 of this year.
