Settlements called at The Sullivan

The JWLand team is pleased to announce that we have received the Registered Unit Titles from the ACT Government which has allowed us to call for settlements for apartments in The Sullivan at Northbourne Village.
This means that the first residents will start to move in over the coming weeks and, with The Sullivan 90 per cent sold, the place will soon be buzzing.
We owe a huge vote of thanks to our in-house construction team for the determination and skills that have turned our vision for The Sullivan into a reality. The scale of the task is clear when you look at the labour and resources that have been required to create this development.
Our team have poured 8,000 cubic metres of concrete, imported 1,000 cubic metres of soil, laid 12,000 square metres of tiles and pavers and installed 5,500 square metres of glass.
