JWLand Construction Pty Ltd would like to advise residents of proposed changes to the verge adjacent to the building works for Stage 3 of Northbourne Village.

We are currently working towards the diversion of major stormwater and sewer Infrastructure that will occur within the block of Stage 3. This will now be positioned down the northern end of Owen Crescent and parts of De Burgh Street.

For these works to happen, we will need to remove some selected street trees and, at times, have full road closures of both Owen Crescent and De Burgh Street. We anticipate these works will commence on 17 August 2022.

To view the scope of street tree removals, please refer to Figure 1. This not only illustrates which trees will be removed, but describes the replacement trees and the maturity of the replacements.

To understand the scope of our Traffic Management Plan, please refer to Figure 2. This will demonstrate our full closure, part closure and other arrangements proposed while the works are undertaken.

Our aim is to limit the impact of construction works on your daily life. We anticipate the diversions works will take approximately 6 months to complete.
