The Sullivan: Project News August 2022

Works began for The Sullivan at Northbourne Village in late March 2022 and construction is progressing well.
Despite encountering several rain days that delayed excavation and soil removal, by the end of July we neared the end of bulk excavation works. During this process, our construction team removed a total of 30,000 cubic metres of soil and rock from the site.
Saturday 23 July saw the successful installation of our 600t crane which will service the project through the construction stage. This is the first major milestone in the project which signifies the commencement of the building structure.
During August we expect to pour concrete for all the pad and strip footings and the initial slabs and lift pits for all buildings. We will also be erecting the formwork deck for the lower basement of Building B.
The project remains on track for an estimated completion in the third quarter of 2023.
